Called for an after hour emergency for our beloved pet, which they have seen since he was a pup.. told us to give him gaterade and and call in the morning... needless to say we contacted a vet we have never seen before, due to our dog possibly not going to make it through the night, and they told us they would meet us in 20 minutes at there office. What kind of business does this? I know they don't take any new clients (dumbfounded by this too) but to not take back an already existing one?! Just lost more business. I'll be taking my pets somewhere else.
